My wife, son (less than 2 yrs old), golden retriever, and cat live upstairs. We are very respectful, quiet, and easygoing. However, if you are looking for the quietest of stays this may not be the place for you. Loud noises and talking may be heard in other parts of the house and there are some dogs that occasionally bark next door. We will keep our noise down at all times but specifically from 9 pm-7 am and hope you do the same. You may come and go as you please through the private entrance using the keypad. This is a basement apartment and the thermostat is controlled upstairs in the main house. If it needs to be adjusted contact us and we will adjust it for you.

Great location on east side of town close to many amenities. Clean and cozy. Loved the unexpected surprise of the chickens out in the yard and the super friendly dog.

The property is exactly how it’s listed! Very clean and great communication from the property owner! This was our first time using Vrbo, and Alex made check in/out, and any additional communication easy! Will definitely recommend to anyone and hope to stay here again!

Love in the Springs

This property was perfect for a weekend enjoying Family Weekend at UCCS. The space was extremely well appointed and cozy. The owners were extremely attentive to all needs. We will definitely stay again.
