The home has two bedrooms, which will comfortably sleep four guests, one full bathroom, a washer/dryer area, a mud room where guests can store bikes and other adventure gear, and ample parking with both a driveway and curb spaces. The fully-supplied kitchen provides a spacious place to connect across cooking and dining areas. The back patio is furnished and includes a hot tub and seating area with a gas fire pit. Warm canopy lights allow for cozy evenings outdoors.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy, except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.
- Absolutely no smoking, and absolutely no parties, no Explosives of any kind (to include Fireworks). quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM, and no pets. 100% forfeiture of deposit, and immediate removal from the property if guests break any of these rules.

Interior of the home is setup nicely. It’s a good spot to stay for a few days. Around every turn I found something nifty that I could use. Ice in the freezer and an amazing coffee situation.
