This is a terrific location just a couple blocks from the heart of Manitou Springs, arcade, restaurants, bars, a shuttle stop to the incline, etc. If you plan to live within Manitou for your stay, you won’t even need a car. I took a Lyft from the COS airport and either walked everywhere or took the free shuttle running through Manitou to the incline/Pike’s Peak. There is even a massage therapist within walking distance for when you need muscle help the day after the incline. Small but cozy, it has what you need. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot, and the appliances are clean and new. My first day I walked to the Safeway and Lyfted back with supplies for the week and then just kicked back in that great little mountain town. When batteries in the thermostat failed (it happens) it was taken care of with one text. I think this fairly new and affordable vrbo will be popular so snag it if you can.
