  • Nested in a quiet neighborhood, The House Retreat is the ideal place to spend time with friends and family. Only 5 minutes away from the Air Force Academy & highway i25. Close to entertainment/activities, shopping centers, groceries, and restaurants. The cozy and vibrant backyard has a private hot-tub, BBQ Grill, fire-pit with seating area, outdoor dining area, kids playhouse, and outdoor games. The home features elegant rooms such as the formal parlor and the dining room as well as two gas fireplaces in the living rooms. Additionally, the home has a game room with poker table, play room with; darts, kids ping pong table, and more! Directly across the street is an easy walking trail with views of Pikes Peak, a pond, benches and picnic table that is perfect to catch the sunrise/sunset.
