Gorgeous home with indoor hot tub, wooded floors, game roo, three family areas, large table for dining, two patios, two decks, safe wooded neighborhood off of Academy and Vickers. Luxurious bedding! Board games, axe throwing, putt putt golf, mini arcade and Foolsball table. Lots Of space for all size friend groups or families. Only minutes from the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods. Easy access to I-25, shopping and restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to Pulpit Rock…Pulpit Rock is a popular natural rock feature and namesake for the 500-acre Pulpit Rock Park located within the Austin Bluffs Open Space. Found within city limits, it is very easy to visit Pulpit Rock and ascend to the summit on a moderately difficult 4.2-mile loop hike.

Towering 6,621 feet in elevation above El Paso County, Pulpit Rock is often seen while driving on Interstate 25 between Colorado Springs and Denver. Visitors who journey to the summit of Pulpit Rock are rewarded with expansive views of Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, and surrounding areas. Less thank 10 minutes to Air Force Academy: https://www.usafa.af.mil/ , the OlympicTraining Center and Garden Of the Gods, a 1,341.3 acre public park located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. 862 acres of the park was designated a National Natural Landmark in 1971.
