Our 2-week trip was a visit with our granddaughter and her family and we were able to bring our dog. The property was the perfect location near the I-25 which made it very easy to get around to various locations. The neighborhood was funky and fun, neighbors were all very friendly, and on the other side of the backyard fence was a large neighborhood park, ideal for walking our dog. The house was the perfect size, with all the necessities....hair dryer, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, well furnished backyard, and comfortable bed and furniture. Only issue was it was difficult to find, especially at night. The road is a very small, narrow one and the street sign is hidden by a large tree. We passed it several times even with our GPS. Much easier during the day. We are returning to the Springs August 2027 for 2 weeks and hope this property is available to rent during that stay.
