Great spot in Monument!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of beds and a great basement. Perfect for a family or large group. Host was attentive and responsive. The checkout was fast and easy, which was a great surprise at the end of our stay.

Great property for large family

We had a wonderful time with our family reunion. The downstairs playroom was perfect for small children, and the multiple large bedrooms allowed couples to have privacy. The kitchen and deck provided ample room for gatherings.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful time. It is a great space for a large group. Very clean and many comfortable areas to relax. Easy access to the highway to get to the attractions. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Home!

Our family of six was more than comfortable in this amazing, modern, wonderful house. We had plenty of room, everything was clean, and the hosts were responsive. Also just a very short drive to Colorado Springs. Would recommend!

Lots of room

This place was very spacious. We never felt cramped. We had a few issues with the microwave and the fireplace, but those were addressed in a timely manner. Our Thanksgiving was great.

This was the perfect place for our family reunion. We had 2 separate families at different locations and this was by far a better home. It was perfect in that we had a bathroom for every couples room. The activities in the home were perfect.

Anniversary/Wedding trip

We came to Colorado to attend the wedding of our niece/cousin. While there we also celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. The Colorado house was perfect for us. The well-appointed kitchen was big enough for several people and the attached dining area with large table allowed us to all be together as we cooked and ate. The kitchen had plenty of storage available for groceries and a large freezer and refrigerator. The kids really enjoyed the basement with pool table, TVs and games. There is a beautiful outdoor patio with table and a nice grill. The beds were comfy and there are plenty of bathrooms. We had a small water issue while we were there and Rebekah promptly called a handyman. He fixed the problem without delay. The large house was plenty big for our group. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from Monument. The young kids visited the business district for trick or treat. It was great fun! We all felt very much at home in the beautiful house would definitely return again. Thanks Rebekah for your hospitality!

Lacrosse parent getaway

This house was the perfect place for us to stay as we watched our boys play lacrosse at Colorado College over their spring break. The house was very clean, very comfortable and very well stocked. It was convenient to Colorado Springs, Colorado College and the other places we chose to visit during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful Family Get Away

We absolutely LOVED staying at this AMAZING house. W were there for my husband’s Family Reunion and our whole family (15) were so comfortable in this home! The kids had downstairs to play in (so many fun games) and the adults loved sitting out on the deck watching the golfers and enjoying nature. The beds were so comfortable and the whole house was very well stocked! Everyone had their own space as well as plenty of room to play family games and enjoy everyone together! We highly recommend this lovely home and plan to rent again in the near future!!!

Fabulous home in Monument

This home is a gem!! Our family of 18 enjoyed our stay in this large home and used all areas of the home. It is well located to many attractions and we had the most comfortable stay and enjoyed the lounging areas outside of the home as well. Property manager responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. We have been renting homes for 20+ years and this home was probably the very best we have ever stayed. Hope to be back soon to this 5 star property!! You can't go wrong staying here.

Colorado family vacation

Excellent house, accommodated all family members. Also had lot of games for the kids to keep them occupied. Would have preferred to have multiple thermostats considering the size of the house. The home was well decorated and equipped to support large family get togethers. The bathrooms could have had more towels in the cabinet rather than having the spare towels in the basement closet.

Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and utensils. Several rooms to spread out in for eating, games, reading, and relaxing all at once. Quiet, safe neighborhood for walking. Multi-level back yard and deck with fenced in yard overlooking a golf course. Host was easily reached via text. Electric outlets went out in 1 BR, ice maker went out in freezer and several other small things. They did send people in to repair in a timely manner, except these things could not be fixed then. There is a step down into the living room, 2 BR upstairs had a shared bath, downstairs bunk room had bath in game area. Master BR was huge with a beautiful large bath and soaker tub. Stair cases could use handrails. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Only 3 TV's in whole house, not 1 in each BR. Roof had damage to it with blue tarps covering it. House does need some TLC. We were very comfortable, but a little inconvenienced in places.
