This home is close to Old Colorado City, Downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado College, UCCS, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, 20 minutes from United States Air Force Academy, and other great attractions. There is shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking trails to enjoy on your stay. Heat/Central AC/Dishwasher/Washer/Dryer/Wi-Fi

The Space:
This home has just been renovated with new kitchen and bathroom with trending features and decoration. Guest will have full access to the house and back yard. 2 Bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattresses, 1 Bedroom with a twin day bed (additional twin can be pulled out). Newly renovated bathroom. The kitchen is renovated with beautiful new appliances and counter tops. The kitchen is supplied with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and more. Washer and dryer for your convivence. Living room has a TV and Wi-Fi is available for your stay.
The back yard has a covered patio with hammock, chairs, and grill for the long summer nights. Keep your car parked in the driveway with additional driveway and street access.
Non-smoking and no pets.
We are both Colorado natives. We love this town and would love to help you make your stay enjoyable.

This was the perfect little stay! We had toddlers w us on our trip and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for early sleepers, deer/rabbits wandering front yards in the morning and just a quick drive to grocery or old town dining & shops!! We loved it; clean, updated, nice decor.

Great location and property

My wife and I stayed here for a week to do a hiking trip. The location was fantastic. The property was clean and as advertised and would definitely stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything.

My Stay

Cute home, perfect for 4 people and was very close to some awesome attractions. Here are a few things we did while we were there, garden of the gods ,royal gorge, pikes peak, cave of the winds, and many more. I would stay here again!

Perfect spot!

Cute 3 bedroom close to everything! This was perfect for my stay visiting friends locally while working remotely and not too far to also spend time with my college kid who is in Estes Park this year. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Quick access to I25 corridor and plenty to do all around you or eithin a short drive at an amazing price point. Would certainly look to stay here again for just me ir with my family!

Awesome Little Home

This was a great little property! It was the perfect size and in a fantastic location! Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Pikes peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds just minutes away! Grocery stores and parks just blocks away! Mountain Views from the front window! Quiet, cute neighborhood!The owner was easy to communicate with and she even let us extend our check out time last minute when my little guy was sick! There wasn't too much to entertain the kids at the house, some games and tv, but we were really just looking for a place to kick back at the end of our days and this was perfect! I would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Cottage

Location, Location, Location. Conveniently located to everything in the area. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable after a long day of exploring and hiking. Would definitely recommend this home to people traveling in the area. Only recommendation would be a new frying pan. I think the nonstick has worn off.

Cute house, quiet neighborhood

Excellent place to stay. It's a small house, probably around 900 square feet but it feels much bigger. Three bedrooms. Only one bath but it was never an issue for my wife and I and our two granddaughters. Very comfortable. Beds were excellent and the living room was furnished nicely. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. Central heat and air was a much welcomed added bonus. Front door did stick a couple times and my wife had trouble opening it but all in all this is a very, very minor concern. We didn't explore in the immediate area but there was plenty of places to eat and things to do within 10-15 minutes of the house.

Colorado trip

Perfect location to explore the local area, nothing we were interested in was more than 30 mins away. Perfect size for my wife and I. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Colorado Springs and all its attractions.
