Great place to stay, short driving distance to many tourist attractions such as zoo, Pikes Peak, Cave of Winds, 7 falls, Manitou Springs, downtown, and more. The host had good recommendations for local restaurants and easy to work with.
Had an amazing stay! The house is located so conveniently to all the things we did! It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The host is so kind and is very communicative! I will be returning!
We had a great time at this place. :-) we really enjoyed the hot tub and space. Communication was great, check in was easy and we had everything we needed!
Overall, a cute house conveniently located close to the Olympic Training Center and visitor activities. Lisa was a very responsive and thoughtful host.
Lisa's home had everything that my wife and I needed. Plenty of space, hot tub, and AC was nice during an extremely hot weekend. The location is very convenient to everything. We would definitely stay again
Close to restaurants, stores, and not too far from attractions. Pike’s Peak can be seen from the property. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
Perfect house to come back to after a day of exploring Colorado. Hot tub was a fabulous way to relax. The house is close to everything essential. Lisa was an excellent host! Her recommendations for things in the area were spot on. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Great stay!
A perfectly charming historic home! The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The makeup station was an excellent bonus. The house is on a quiet street with easy acsess to main roads. Lisa is a great host and was very easy to contact. Having two living areas was also very nice. I will definitely stay here on future trips to the area.
Wonderful home in quiet neighborhood. Great location for all things Colorado Springs! House was clean and comfortable with lots of room to spread out. Loved the hot tub! Easy check-in and check-out. Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend!
Overall, everything went great. We had everything we need.
The beds were really comfortable. Lisa was very nice.
We would stay again!
Thanks for letting us stay!
Lisa is a great host with a lovely place to stay. There was plenty of space for two families to stay and not be in each others way. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook at home, but the house was centrally located to go out to eat, as well. Quite neighborhood, but many different things to do within a short drive. Everyone really enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay there again!
We were in town for a wedding and to explore as it was our first time in the state. We went up Pike’s Peak, to Garden of the Gods, the Cheyenne Park Zoo, and of course our wedding. The property was great for housing all of us (4 adults and 3 kids under 6) with all the amenities in the description. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the springs!
We were in Colorado Springs for USAFA parents weekend. We enjoyed staying at this property. It was a nice place to be in between all the things we did at the Academy. We were close to the park that has the Labor Day weekend balloon festival and we were able to go to the balloon glow. We were able to go to some good restaurants close by and just relax. Lisa was very good at communication with us. We had everything we needed to have a great week. I highly recommend renting this property!
The place was very clean and comfortable. Lisa was very good about contacting us before and during our stay to make sure all was good. It was well stocked wirh things tomake our stay more enjoyable enjoyable. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Colorado Springs has so many things to see, beautiful area. Loved Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods (I highly recommend trying the horseback riding thru there !) Also Manitou Springs and Helen Hunt Falls. It was very reasonable priced to stay here too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when I come back go Colorado Springs
My husband and I had 3 grandchildren with us. It was great to have some space for the kids to move around in. We spent our evenings in the cool basement playing games—some we brought and some the host provided. Very clean and cheerful. I contacted the owner about a minor problem and she took care of it in good order. Very responsible owner!
The house was clean, stocked with everything you need, and in a safe quiet neighborhood. The space was comfortable and private. The host lives next door and was very attentive from booking to check-in. She reaches out to you upon arrival, and offers her cell number should you need anything, but otherwise she respects your privacy. Our trip plans changed and we needed to arrive a day earlier than expected, and she was able to accommodate us at the last minute. We would definitely book here again if in Colorado Springs.
