The space
Welcome to our cozy retreat in the heart of Ivywild, one of Colorado Springs’ most charming neighborhoods. We’re just minutes from local favorites like the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Cañon State Park, and Fort Carson — the perfect base for exploring and relaxing.

Your stay is in the entire back unit of our duplex, with its own private entrance and a fenced backyard for you (and your furry friends) to enjoy. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — plus fresh coffee to start your mornings off right.

Out back, unwind in the hot tub, grill dinner on the BBQ, or gather around the fire pit under the stars. The turf area and outdoor dining table make it a perfect space to relax after a day of Colorado adventures.
Guest access
You’ll have the entire home to yourself during your stay — a cozy, private retreat tucked behind a duplex. Enjoy your own private entrance and fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing or letting your furry friends stretch their legs.

Guests may enter through either the front or back entrance, whichever is more convenient.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. A washer and dryer are also available, with detergent and dryer sheets provided for your convenience.

Step outside to the backyard, where you can unwind on the turf area, fire up the BBQ grill, or soak in the hot tub under the Colorado sky.
Other things to note
We’re pet-friendly and love welcoming furry friends! To help cover extra cleaning, there is a $40 pet fee per stay. We allow a maximum of 2 pets, unless otherwise approved in advance. The fee is collected after booking.

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request. These are free based on availability, but must be requested ahead of time. Please note that unauthorized late check-out will incur a $20 fee per half hour.

About the duplex: This is a duplex where my husband and I live in the front unit. You’ll have the entire back unit to yourself, with your own private entrance and fenced backyard. We kindly ask that you be mindful of noise during quiet hours (11 PM – 6 AM) to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
