Newly renovated pet-friendly home sits in a corner lot off a quiet cul-de-sac. Within steps of Cottonwood Creek trail where you can run, bike or frisbee golf.

Two main level living areas provide ample space to entertain. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an adjoining stone bath with bench seating, plus a walk-in closet.
