A comfortable Colorado 4+ BDRM home conveniently located just 1 Exit North on I-25 from the US Air Force Academy and near 6+ wedding venues. An ideal setting for entertaining/hosting your family and friends for a special get-away. Enjoy a beverage or coffee on the deck, relax in a hammock, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy the Fire Table. Easy access to the Air Force Academy , I-25, Garden of the Gods, Hiking, Ford Amphitheatre for Concerts, Shopping or even Denver. RVs and pets are welcomed!

Our entire home is for you and your guests. Ideal for entertaining for a special celebration or just a getaway this home is welcoming and comfortable. The home is spacious giving room for large groups to spread out on the 3 levels or hang-out outside. The home is `family-friendly` with a pack-n-play and high chair but it is NOT `child proof` as the stairs aren`t blocked, electrical plugs don`t have covers and there are small nick nacks here and there. Pets are welcome!

There are 4 private bedrooms. The basement family room also has 1 queen bed, a full sofa bed and the upstairs office area has a queen bed with portable privacy screen. Total of 5 queen beds in the home, 1 full and 1 king bed.

Enjoy the Backyard Deck, Hammocks, Propane Fire table, Party Lights, etc. However, the neighbors are relatively close and QUIET HOURS ARE 10PM - 7AM daily and will be enforced.

Guests have access to virtually all of the home minus a few locked closets/storage areas. Laundry, kitchen, etc., are all available to guests during their stay.

We are available for you as much or as little as you need us! Hiking guides line our bookshelf to help make your stay unique but we`re always here to provide recommendations. Please let us know if you`re celebrating a special occasion too.

A relaxed, wooded neighborhood where you`re tucked in the trees. Enjoy nearby Fox Run Park. Conveniently located to I-25 and shopping yet with a secluded feel. While these are .5 acre lots voices and loud music carry and can easily disturb the neighbors; Quiet Hours are 11pm - 7am DAILY.

While Uber and Lyft are available a car will give you much more freedom around the City.

Outside Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am daily and are enforced! The home provides three flyers to remind guest of quite hours and possible penalties.

RVs are Welcome for Short Stays with Advanced Coordination
Special Events or Family Gatherings of over 15 people, such as a graduation dinner, (even if not STAYING at the home) MUST BE EXPLICITLY APPROVED AND MAY HAVE AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF APPROVED. We encourage family and friend gatherings but WE ARE NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND AREN`T APPROPRIATE FOR WEDDING CEREMONIES, FAMILY REUNIONS, ETC.
Primary Renter Must Be At Least 25 Years Old Unless Approved by the Host with Additional Deposit.
