Spacious 6 Bdr Family Home near Park & Recreation Center

Enjoy this spacious, ranch style, 6 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood, located northeast of downtown Colorado Springs. The home has new hardwood floors in kitchen and living room, new granite counter top in kitchen, and updated furniture throughout. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, including master suite, full guest bath, large living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. The lower level has 2 private bedrooms, a semi-private bedroom, bathroom, lounge and play area, laundry facilities and a sleeper couch. There is a private backyard with patio, fire pit, gas grill and a two car attached garage. High speed Wifi (150 mbs) & Cable TV provided in living room, master bedroom, and lower level. NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

Located just 3/4 mile from Cottonwood Creek Park and Recreation Center. The park is a 77 acre award winning community park providing picnic tables, slides and swings playground, snow sledding, four soccer fields, three softball/baseball fields, tennis courts, in-line hockey court, disc golf course, and walking/running paths. The recreation center is a YMCA facility with an indoor pool and fitness center, and is available to the public on a pay-per-day basis.

Perfect for Air Force Academy graduation and events, it is just 12 minutes from the South Gate entrance off I-25.

The home is centrally located so that going north, south, or west you are only 20-30 minutes away from so much that Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the Gods Park, Old Colorado City, Flying W Ranch, Rockledge Ranch, Air Force Academy, 4 additional bases incl. Peterson Air Force Base, The Broadmoor Hotel, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Fort Carson, Pikes Peak and Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
Grocers, shopping, and restaurants are only a few minutes away. 10 minutes to UCCS.
30 minutes to Colorado Springs Airport, 90 minutes to Denver International.

Fabulous family reunion

What a great house! Location was fabulous and the house was perfect for a group. The basement was private and quiet for those who needed alone time, and the main floor allowed for a great gathering spot.

Wonderful Property!

We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect spot for our crew. Beautiful and spacious, and we really appreciated the children's toys and books. Also had fun playing some of the games. The host was responsive (we missed the entry code when it came in) and had no issues whatsoever. Our highest recommendation for anyone looking for a central location in this area!!!

Great family trip

We had a wonderful time in Colorado Springs and this home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and our 5 littles who were 8 under. We cooked all our meals and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the firepit and made s’mores every night. We would definitely stay here again.

5 Day Trip for Family Wedding

We rented this place for my family to stay while we attended another family members wedding. It was a great space for it too. Very spacious, had all the necessities that we needed, and everything regarding our stay was very clear. Highly recommend, especially if you have a large group, as we comfortably had 6 adults, a toddler, and an infant stay here at one time!

Yearly trip

A group of us go to Colorado Springs every year for an event. This house was perfect for us, as we usually have 6 to 8 adults. The house was perfect and had ample room to lounge about and chat. Extra bonus was that you can actually park in the garage if you so desire. Host communicated well and I have no negative things to say about this property.

Thanksgiving weekend with the family

We had a wonderful stay here for the Thanksgiving weekend. My daughter lives in Colorado Springs and this house was a great place for us to all be able to stay together. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out as well as great space to be together for Thanksgiving dinner (that we were able to prepare on site) and play games.

We enjoyed our stay. The 3 bathrooms was a lifesaver. The house was nice, clean and the large pit couch seated many guests. The downstairs bathroom had 4 spiders throughout our 3 day stay. Would stay again.

Excellent! Work Retreat

Wonderful stay, beginning to end! This is where my coworkers and I stayed as our work hosted out of state employees for a team retreat. The property feels inviting and comfortable as soon as you walk in. It was the perfect home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in COS, especially if you need plenty of space for many guests! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads and dinning.
