Location, location, location. That's what Pike's Peak Villa is all about! In the middle of the historic district of Old Colorado City, this beautifully designed Spanish Villa sits just walking distance of 113 shops galleries and restaurants. Weekend shows, festivals, and outdoor farmers markets are a few of the events that visit the district throughout the year. It is also close to the famous Garden of the Gods. This 3 bed/2.5 bath villa sleeps 6 - 9 guests.

This 2,600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom Spanish style Villa boasts three balconies; one overlooking the living room, another uniquely located adjacent to the master bathroom, and yet another with a direct view of the picturesque Pikes Peak outside the master bedroom. The Villa’s amenities include a beautifully designed old-world entry with a 9-foot front door, rustic-style hardware, and a mix of Saltillo and Travertine tiles lining the floor. It features Colorado river-stone archways and a large copper-scaped fireplace.

The home is located in the historic city of Old Colorado City, which was once the original capital of Colorado in the Gold Rush years. The neighborhood has a historic charm with a view and city access, all within walking distance access from our private stairwell. Aside from the Garden of the Gods, the home is also just a few miles away from Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, and Broadmoor District. Other popular sites include Pike's Peak and Woodland Park.

5. You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs, and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture, or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property are treated regularly, seeing dead bugs don’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pikes Peak property. It was clean and had a very unique layout. We were attending a family wedding at Garden of the Gods and found the location to be perfect to explore in the down times around the wedding events. We will stay here again when traveling through the area.

When Can We Come Back?
We all loved the house. It was perfect for 5 adults and 1 child. Master bedroom and bath were spacious. Child loved the jacuzzi tub. Location was great for all attractions and loved walking a couple of blocks for food, ice cream and chocolates!!

Great stay!
Property was great and had plenty of space for our family. We had everything we needed. Only downside was no TVs in the bedrooms - only one in living area - and SO many stairs. We experienced a partial power outage during our stay and received prompt attention from Ivan. We enjoyed being close to Manitou Springs, Pike’s Peak, Olympic Museum and lots of great restaurants. Lots of homeless in the area prevented us from walking around very much in the immediate area.

Great location and spacious
This property is located in a wonderful place, being able to walk right down to local restaurants and shops made things super easy. Short drive to Garden of the Gods and only 20 minutes to USAFA (we travel to Colorado Springs to visit our USAFA Cadet) The home is spacious and unique, the only downfall is that there are not televisions in the bedrooms and when visiting a USAFA Cadet they really look forward to a weekend away and some relaxing television time. Overall it was a great experience
