  • This is tiny house living, totally redefined. This 550 sq ft Sunshine Studio boasts grandiose high ceilings, giving the space that big, open feel. The main bedroom has a queen bed & TV.

    A fun loft above the kitchen is equipped with 2 cozy, Mellow Brand twin mattresses. The living room couch transforms easily into a full bed. This little piece of Sunshine above the city is the perfect oasis to retreat to after exploring Colorado.
