Please try to put things back where you found them upon check-in! Ensure patio umbrella is returned to front coat closet. Ensure fire pit and grill are covered. Please turn thermostat to 65 degrees.
Please turn off fans & appliances. Set thermostat to 65 degrees. Collect all Trash and Recycling and place in outdoor trash/recycling bins. If traveling with pets, please bag all droppings from yard.
Place all used towels/sheets/linens in Laundry Hampers. Place any soiled/used comforters (heavy blankets) on the floor in front of the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
