Look no further this Colorado Springs corporate rental is within walking distance of downtown. Don't want to walk, ride your bike or rent an E-scooter or E-bike, which is always on a sidewalk nearby. Some excellent bars and restaurants are just a couple of blocks away.
Rest comfortably on the super comfy Queen beauty rest mattress! There is also a workspace/desk with a monitor, basic desk supplies, and an all-in-one printer! Need to do laundry, no problem, the stackable washer/dryer is also in the bedroom. Heck, you never really even have to leave this room! The bathroom, with a new tiled walk-in shower in between the bedroom and living area, is great for when you have guests over! Enjoy the open living room and kitchen area with a completely remodeled kitchen and new appliances. Rest in the living room and watch your favorite TV shows/movies on the 55" Smart TV! The sofa also converts into a trundle full-size bed if extra sleeping space is needed! Want to wind down the evening with a cocktail or start the morning with a cup of coffee? Head out to the cozy patio and hang out around the propane fire pit or grill up some BBQ! Either way, you are sure to enjoy great Colorado outdoors!

More parking available on Street. -There is a train nearby that goes by a few times a day (not too loud in the home) -This home sits behind another home that is used for business (a massage therapist) They are great, be sure to make an appointment! -The basement of this unit is used for storage - if access is needed, it is rare and they are very quiet and come/go within working hours. -This is a pretty private setting but there is no real yard, the back is pavement. -You are downtown, and you will see homeless people but they don't come on the property; it is very safe and this home is fairly private. -Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations. -Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
