"Clare at the front desk was amazing. I let her know that it was my cousins birthday and that she was a mom of 3 who very rarely ever got a day to herself, Clare responded by allocating us a riverside room and gifting us a bottle of wine, birthday card, and chocolates. So incredibly kind ! The hotel has old world charm. Yes, room carpets could be changed or updated, but we thought it might ruin the old world charm. It is family owned and we really liked that. We would definitely come again. Thank you."
