The beds were firm enough to provide support but also soft enough that you felt like you’re sleeping on a marshmallow. It was super comfortable! The property is well situated and within walking distance to many restaurants and fast food options. This will be my go-to hotel when I return to Ottawa! "

"The location is fantastic. Very close to the Parliament buildings, river and canal and Bytown Market. And very affordable and convenient parking nearby at the City Hall lot. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very responsive and warm. A great place to stay!"

"The suite was very clean and appropriately set up for a family of 4. Location is very convenient, a few minutes walk from Lyon Station and an approx. 15 minutes walk to Parliament. The included buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids, and a great way to start the day. The hotel is located in an area with many government buildings, so it is quiet and away from the more busy nightlife area by Rideau Station. "

"The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the Confederation Park and Rideau Canal where the Winterlude Festival was held. The room was modern, clean and spacious. It had 2 queen sized beds and a very large bathroom. Initially we thought parking would be a problem because the hotel was located in downtown Ottawa. It turned out that street parking was free overnight. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone traveling to Ottawa for sightseeing."

"As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure. "

"The location is excellent. The hotel situated near Lyon LRT station. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the Parliament. There is a Food basic grocery store around the corner. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was renovated."

"The location was perfect for visiting the downtown Ottawa area and seeing all the lights . we visited Byward market, the rideau center and all is very close. We took advantage of the parking at City Hall to make it even more affordable. Hotel was great, and the kids loved the pool and hottub. "
