"I felt fortunate to stay at the Triggerfish B&B. After a very long travel day from US with delayed flights, missed water taxi and sold out flights to ambergris caye, i found this B&B gem approx 7-9 mins from airport. The place was immaculate and located on a canal with lots of birds. The hosts, Cathy and Dan, are wonderful people. Cathy’s hospitality is top notch as well as her cooking. Tip: black bean chipotle burger for dinner and fry jacks for breakfast….mmmmmm. The room is very comfortable, chills down nicely with AC and a great shower. The screened porch is nice to hang out on in the evening. I highly recommend the Triggerfish. And I felt safe as a female solo traveler."

"Manuel and Anna are the kindest hosts I have ever met! They make you feel so at home. The studio apartment is cozy and very clean. The Belizean breakfast made by Anna was absolutely delicious. They are so generous with their time and having them pick you up at the airport is an extra bonus! They even gave me a tour around the area and helped me get me and all my luggage to the boat to get on my way to my next part of my adventure! This was the perfect spot to spend the night. Thank you Manuel and Anna!"
