Nice decor and feel to the hotel. Great location. Nice shower and toiletries and amenities in room. Reasonably comfy bed. Smooth check in and check out and helpful front desk. Just a shame there was no external window.

Traffic driving over faulty drain cover right outside The Lion & Swan caused great deal of noise - especially noticeable late at night. Staff said it had been a long-standing problem.
