"This hotel is clean but OLD! The fridge was not plugged in, the furniture beat up and NO water pressure in the shower. Also no SmartTV in the room and the trash truck woke us up at 4am with flashing lights through the broken blinds and parked literally beside our bedroom to empty a dumpster. Sounded like a bomb went off! Very close to shopping and downtown amenities but otherwise just very old, dated hotel. "

"The wine and cheese happy hour was great - nice touch! The room was ok, found a rather large roach in the shower the last day. Told the front desk and she seemed like it was going to be addressed."

"This hotel goes above and beyond. They offer a free historical tour guide on Monday and Wednesday evening. Their evening charcuterie & wine and cookies & milk were wonderful. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. "

"The Hotel staff were very nice and engaging. Valet parking attendants very helpful. Great location. Standard room is adequate and has all of the amenities needed. The noise level from music at the pool level at night was intrusive. Bring a noise cancelling device. The coffee shop and morning restaurant openings need to be earlier. The room rate was $$$$ for graduation weekend. Overall, a good experience."
