People are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is great! The room was spotless, but need some paint in bathroom and cabinets, the amenities like the small refrigerator was not working, and they couldn’t fixed. I have a great experience is a little familiar cozy hotel, not luxury but very convenient location and guest are middle class families.

Definitely have a closet area that’s not located in the bathroom has got to be a must! Bigger and more attractive rooms they were just basic and most importantly get rid of the deposit requirement. There is already a resort fee for what’s really a basic hotel don’t charge a deposit too.

Location is absolutely perfect - great spot for walking everywhere, no need for Taxis at all.
Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Km.95 Chetumal - Villahermosa Calakmul Camp.
Nice cabin to stay for a (must see!) visit to Calakmul. Cabins have a fan and mosquito net. Cabin was clean, and all you can expect from an accommodation at the edge of jungle.

The cabins are ok, but the hotel didn’t have the cabins when we got there. They overbook even though our reservation was paid in advance

Nice jungle setting they did not take credit cards and I have to do a special payment with PayPal which charged even more money in fees, it is not worth the cost per night over $180 us Dollars per night way over priced. Nice that they have a restaurant at the place and I will give it a 3 out of 5 ...
