"This staff were amazing, especially as Expedia didn’t communicate with them about the reservation. No problem for the staff as they made it right even though it wasn’t their fault. Centrally located to local restaurants and a short walk to the Allianz Amphitheater. "

"Great stay! Rooms appear to have been recently renovated. Perfectly fresh and clean. King bed was very comfortable, pillows were great, not those thin garbage pillows you get at a hotel! On-street parking is rough but there was ample parking out back for 8.50 for 24 hours. Our first time in Richmond we were in the Arts District. Felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood. Cons:We got in late and did not expect a check in "window". We were later than the check in window so we're charged a fee at the last minute to cover the cost of an employee staying late for us. I think check in and check out hours should have been listed in advance.Only two bath towels were provided which meant that we had to wash and dry them each day. Four towels would have been appreciated.Strongly recommend this VRBO if you are staying in Richmond. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The foyer was open, airy, and light. The connecting restaurant was convenient, though we had already eaten. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. While the building seems industrial, the look was modern and had a cool vibe. There were some eareas of the room that seemed like it could use an updated paint job. Overall it was a lovely hotel and wonderful experience. "

"The rooms were beautifully upgraded, just needs a soap holder in shower. We lucked up on parking got street parking after 6 right across street from property. Valet could have opened the door for us, but hey? Maybe he was upset we didnt use valet. The do have valet for a nearby garage . Didnt use the resturant or bar, acne in late and remodeling was happening in lobby area ."
