On the Way of St. Francis, 10 minutes from Greccio, Rieti, 35 minutes from Terminillo, 30 minutes from Terni, 80 km from Rome. Nearby: bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a local swimming pool, a bike path, Franciscan shrines, the Valle Santa, the Laghi L. Lungo and Ripasottile Nature Reserve, the Marmore Falls, and Lake Piediluco. Nestled between the wooded Sabini Mountains and the green countryside of the Rieti plain, at the foot of Mount Terminillo, through which the Velino River flows, a scenic bike path, and the Way of St. Francis through the natural reserves L.
