"It is a small family run hotel. The rooms are nice and tidy. Location is perfect just a few minutes from the promenade. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only bad thing I noticed was the shower head was a bit detached from the wall in the shower, but that didnt affect the use. Breakfast was continental, last day we had pancakes which was also nice. Overall very good price/value."

"Personale molto disponibile e gentile, purtroppo però la camera che ci è stata assegnata non era quella che abbiamo prenotato (bensì una molto più piccola e scomoda); inoltre per una settimana non siamo riuscite a dormire in quanto gli altri ospiti della struttura erano maleducatissimi e dalle 3 alle 7 del mattino sbattevano porte e finestre con tanto di musica a palla fuori dalla nostra finestra, ci siamo quindi sentite poco sicure (essendo tre donne)

"Fantastic family stay at Mitsis Laguna. We're a family of 4 and we spent 5 nights at the hotel. The facilities were fantastic and the food incredible. We enjoyed the activities: tennis, ping pong, water polo, darts, evening entertainment and had a really nice time. The only things to potentially improve: (1) the room balcony was small and could only fit 2 people (2) there is one water slide - which is already nice. But having more than one and slightly larger slides would have been even better "
