León Hotel Guide - Convento de San Marcos hotels in León, Spain.

"This hotel is located in the historic part of Leon and it ‘feels’ like you’re intruding driving in! A bit complicated to get there but they sent us very clear instructions thankfully. Parking was great! Room was big and clean. My only little issue was they need mattress protectors on the twin beds. I always feel like mattress protectors make it feel cleaner. The front counter staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but we did order coffee from reception and it was of a very high quality. We have been here over Easter so it is a very busy time with celebrations happening in the square. However the balcony doors block out most of the noise and we slept well. The hotel is in a beautiful location right in the square. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall excellent experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the plaza. The hotel is centrally located so you are within walking distance of various restaurants and bars, including the popular Barrio Húmedo. Highly recommend when visiting Leon!"
