This property needs a good upgrade. Didn't like the shared fridge and kitchen. Can't enter to check in without phoning a Mobile number. Room very small

We had a clean room with the basics which is what we required for one night. Very pleased with the service. The manager let us stay until midday, due to car trouble. We would certainly consider staying there again. Thank you.

Location location location
Great motel in perfect location. Older motel but very clean & comfortable. Very quick check in and out with very friendly manager. Look forward to staying here again.

This is an old building right in the centre of town. Across the road from a big park and the main bus/coach stop. Handy to all shops and restaurants in Cooma and the gaol and museum. The property is not 4 star but it is clean and tidy, very quiet and has car parking at the rear which is very handy. Great for a 1 night stopover. There is no elevator so only book if you can walk the stairs.

Hi Roy, accommodation in Cooma is quite scarce during very busy snow season. It is very normal to find price per room costs averaging around 300 during weekdays and 450 on weekends.

This motel is very basic, for $313 for one night.. not worth it but you don't have any other options. My room didn't include a towel which was pretty poor. Also no instructions on how to access WiFi. There was a free WiFi that I could connect to but the bandwidth was so poor I couldn't even load a youtube video without it buffering every 3 seconds. The walls are also paper thing, I could hear the people speaking in the room next door very easily and they weren't even talking loudly. The floorboards are also super squeaky. The man who welcomes me into the hotel was very nice and accommodating, he even wrote me a voucher to use at the local cafe for complimentary breakfast which was I appreciated. For $300 a night I would expect 5 stars but it was very basic, I guess the price goes up quite high in peak season.

Was perfect value for money. Property was what you'd expect and very clean. Could do without the single use small plastic toiletries to save on plastic, but this would be my only tiny criticism. Staff was welcoming and very friendly :) I will certainly be coming back again if it stays this affordable.

Norman was a great host. The property is centrally located in Cooma town with access to all amenities. The property provided tea and coffee facilities, toiletries and towels. Has a common area with a small kitchen toaster, fridge and basic utensils. Rooms are clean and warm and cozy specially for winter. The reverse cycle air con keeps the rooms warm in winter.

Do not be deceived by the outside or position of this Motel. Fabulously clean, large and attention to detail was beyond excellent.
A motel which is not a Chinese Restaurant.
