Good location. Noise insulation between apartments is poor and our apartment was not ready on time. But other than that, we enjoyed the location, apartment kitchen and free laundry. We look forward to returning next time we're in London. Thank you.

Spacious room. Fridge in the room. Breakfast is lovely 😊
The only issue was the internet connection problem. But other than that it’s a lovely hotel. It’s in the centre of London. So commuting either by train; Tube, bus etc is convenient.
Lastly, the staff were friendly and polite.

Except that the hotel room facilities are a bit old, everything else was very good. The swimming pool is small but well-equipped. I didn’t have breakfast, so I’m not sure if it’s good.
