"Beautiful hotel in Kilkenny. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the hotel was so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only things that were a little difficult was that there were elevators to get luggage up to the upper floors, but then there was this walkway down the hallway that went down a few stairs, had a platform, and then up a few more stairs. So that’s something to keep in mind if you have physical limitations. This also is no fault of their own, but there is no air conditioning. They did provide fans but we came during a heatwave and it made the night practically unbearable. Again, not their fault AT ALL but if you’re looking for comfort, probably keep in mind the temperature. But overall, the hotel was a dream."
