"Our stay at the cabin was brief, but was exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable and provided facilities to fix our meals and prep for our shuttle to Kennicott and overnight stay there. It was so very convenient that the shuttle picked up at the property and that we were able to leave our car overnight. I had so many questions and the host was very responsive. It was great meeting the owner upon our return and we truly appreciated the gift they sent us on our way with ;) Thank you! "

"We travelled with 2 other couples & every room had stained bedsheets. Carpets were stained & dirty. Floors all wonky. Windows locks were wood sticks. We are aware this is a small remote hotel/motel. What we did not realize was that it was an old container hotel put together for oil clean-up workers back when Valdez suffered that horrible oil spill. Place needs work & more attention to cleanliness. "
