"This hotel is extremely big; many rooms are in flat-style blocks that feel disjointed from the main hotel, but it's good for big events. The drinks are at a high premium rate but the staff lack knowledge of how they should be served. The pool is family-friendly, so it's not good for couples looking to relax. Our bathroom needed some TLC, the bath panel had blown, however, Penhaligons soap is a nice treat. The outside areas are lovely for walks. "

"Just got back from a 2 night stay, Lovely hotel, staff very accommodating, great breakfast. Our room was clean but small, had everything in it, tv, hairdryer, safe, iron & ironing board. Bed very comfy. Not too far to walk to the castle/shops. The pub called the Windsor castle done a great steak. Would return"

The perfect hosts.It was the perfect haven of rest that we needed before and after our son’s wedding.They had thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. The linen was crisp and luxurious and the towels were fluffy and soft. And for someone who really appreciates fragrance, the linen and towels and the hideaway smelt beautiful. "Would first of all like to say what an obliging host Jeremy was. Communication was quick and helpful. Check in information was good, especially as it was very short notice. Unfortunately the property is in dire need of refurbishment. We felt there is inadequate lighting to the stairs up to the apartment. We also found it difficult to get our cases up the next flight of stairs which has a tight dog leg to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a few frozen items which we were unable to put in the freezer as it was FULL of ice. Great view of the castle from the lounge windows. Secondary glazing was perfectly adequate in keeping out draughts and noise. There is extensive damage to the ceiling in the lounge, paper hanging down & staining. Unable to watch any of the main UK TV channels as there doesn’t appear to be an ariel attached. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Wardrobe was adequate. Compact bathroom. Nice clean suite, shame the decor and leak damage let it down. "
