Amazing customer service, they go above and beyond to make you feel right at home, and the breakfast was out of this world! The room and shower were great and it was really quiet. It’s in a good neighborhood, within walking distance of good restaurants and shops, and the staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and accommodating. Our room (403) was well-sized, particularly for Europe, had good views, good closet space, and while only steps from the rooftop bar, good sound proofing."
