We stayed only a few hours overnight it was literally a bed to sleep in.
The room was clean , but the facilities were poor , no tea or coffee in the bar just the room.
No food available and we did not have breakfast as we were away early the next morning .
The receptionist was polite but all in all I wouldn’t stay there again

Oh wow the shower!
Heaven! I didn’t want to get out!
Hotel is having some renovations - lovely to see and didn’t cause any inconvenience. Contractors were polite and staff very friendly. We were moved rooms so myself and a colleague were on the same floor - always handy when you travel light and share hair straighteners!
Comfy bed, lovely staff, perfect stay! Thank you! Would recommend and stay again.

"Great value for money, staff are warm and welcoming. The entire hotel is being renovated on a shoestring. Fixtures and fittings are low quality. Most rooms have really good, clean showers. Ideal for workman or a crash pad for a night in Stourbridge. Brilliant central location"
