"The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was close to public transportation and restaurants. The room was clean. However the "sound-proof" claim should be removed as the uncarpeted floor transmitted noise at a high volume which is annoying when late arrivals are draggimg their suitcases around at 2 am. Slamming doors and loud conversations are a normal part of travel, however the acoustics of an older hotel makes it unbearable when you're trying to sleep. Also the beds were too hard for my partner so he was unable to sleep for 2 nights. On the 3rd day we found a new hotel even though we were booked for a 7 night stay. I don't blame the hotel; it just wasn't a good fit for us. "

"The staff was super nice and always taking care of us. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are not in a very good shape, the sheets of our bed where stain, the pillows were super flat and I didn’t feel that comfortable with the cleaning. The location was good if you are going to the American Embassy because you can walk but besides that is not very close to all the main tourist things."

"Solo female traveler, here. I enjoyed it. Bogota is easy to get around with Uber, but other than that, it’s at a good spot near town. I felt safe, the staff was nice, I enjoyed breakfast. Comfortable bed and AC. I enjoyed the gym too. "
