"For the price this place is pretty unbeatable. The staff is great and it's pretty quiet both within the hotel and you don't really hear a lot of the outside noise. The room itself is pretty barebones, but it does have everything you need - bed, bathroom, and even a fridge and microwave. The rooms are small but they're definitely adequate. Between the super kind staff, the quietness, and it being clean I really can't imagine anything better at the price. "

"Parker guest house was absolutely gorgeous. They had a great continental breakfast, they had an evening open bar and Brandy nightcaps in front of the fireplace. It is very close to Dolores Park and the Castro. "

"The room qualitied and amenities were above what I would have expected for a hotel at this price point. Enjoyed my stay. My room was on Gough street so it was a little noisy but with the windows closed it was no big deal."
