Overall it was quite good and acceptable for a few days of stay. It also is situated in a good neighborhood and close to stores, restaurants and some touristy places. The beds are comfortable and the staff was helpful too A few other things: the Wi-Fi is quite unstable and not very fast, the streets beside the hotel can get very noisy if one goes to sleep early or wakes up late and there also seems to be low water pressure in the sink and shower

I have stayed at this location multiple times. The rooms and linens have always been crisp and clean. This time housekeeping did miss a left over salad in the fridge and the phone in the room did not work. The staff however have always been pleasant and very helpful. It has become my "go to" place for an economical stay while in SF.

one step above a hostel if you are ballin on a budget, at least you get your own bathroom. room is very small. no ac/no fan. opened the window - heard the neighbor rooms havin sex, then another majorly snoring. closed the window and melted. good location though. walked to restaurants, conference, alamo square park and painted ladies.

Small hotel in a good location. Walkable or scooterable to downtown and many cool neighbourhoods in SF. Old building with thin windows, so you can definitely hear traffic noise outside. Staff was friendly. No complaints. The price was good. I would probably stay here again of the price was right.

Everything was great it’s a place to stay in and sleep, great location. I did feel a worried after the last two nights my bed sheets had some stains red. I couldn’t say much because I left early and came back late. But very professional I’m sure they would have fix it if I where to say something because they made me feel like they could since day one.

Casa Loma is a small, European-style hotel in the Lower Haight district. It’s no-frills, but it’s clean, cozy, and the location is perfect for visiting everything San Francisco has to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful. Street parking is a challenge, but there are several larger parking garages nearby. I recommend taking an e-scooter from the hotel to explore the city. They’re fun and a great way to experience San Francisco. I would stay here again. Enjoy!

The location was good for where I needed to be. No frills and wasn’t really expecting any. The room I had was fine and had three windows which had views in different directions. That was nice, lots of sun coming through. The major issue was the sound of cars outside. The sound literally came through the windows as if the cars were driving through the room. Sooooo loud the entire night. Literally had no sleep the first night. When I complained about it, I was offered construction ear buds to block out the noise. Clearly they are aware of the issue of they have ear plugs readily available. Thats a problem. I used my own AirPods and slept like a champ the second night. It worked for what I needed it to do . The room was ok but the noise unbearable.

Decent, bare bones, inexpensive hotel in a great central location of San Francisco. Old building, but well maintained. You can hear the noise of traffic outside, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a basic TV, fridge and microwave. I wish they had an iron in the room. Not a 5 star hotel, but you can't beat the price for the location. I would stay here again
