"This is a lovely hotel, quiet and relaxing with great staff and a lovely freshwater pool area. Our junior suite was spacious, clean, tidy and the bathroom had a good spacious shower and twin sinks. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 15 minute stroll to the old town where all the best restaurants are located and 5 minutes to the supermarket. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday in a great hotel in a great location. "

"What a great hotel, the people are great and the amenities, i would definately go back loved it. We had a street view low level 2 bed app, it was great would have liked a roof top one but none were available. "

"Hotel communication was excellent on booking. Check in time is 4.00pm however you can leave your luggage and use the facilities before this time. We arrived at 11.30am and did the initial reception check in as our room wasn't ready the receptionist took our number to let us know when it would be. We were very pleased that they called us at 1.30pm to say our room was ready. We had a second floor pool view room. It was very spacious, exceptionally clean with great air-conditioning. The shower was very powerful and a great temperature. Bath towels were a great size and very soft. There is a free water station were you can refill your bottles at anytime you need. The snack bar was lovely and the ladies who ran it were exceptionally nice and so helpful. We didnt have breakfast but what we saw look really nice with a very good variety of food & drinks on offer. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were so very helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definatley return"

"I went with my daughter and 2 grandchildren in August 25. Ideal holiday for families, and would definitely return. Lots of food options and entertainment. The only negative is the sofa bed which is so hard and uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep until I persuaded my grandson to swap for the bed."

"Rooms are somewhat outdated, there may be a carpet stain here or there. The Staff is Super friendly, cheerful, practically everybody. And the food is absolutely 5 Star fantastic!"
