The complex is currently undergoing progressive exterior renovations. There is no noisy work during guest stays, so you shouldn’t experience disturbances. Pools, common areas, and the playground are already renovated and fully operational. Remaining works only affect some building façades, so you may notice visible preparation elements in certain areas. This does not pose any safety issue for guests. The interior of the apartment and your comfort are unaffected, but we prefer to inform you transparently to avoid surprises on arrival.
