Our daughter enjoyed having a floor to herself with separate bathroom. Hotel offered us a complimentary tour to Murano with pickup just outside. Bed super comfortable. The breakfast was simply perfect — wonderful and absolutely delicious. It was definitely one of the highlights of the experience. The room was comfortable and well organized, and the bed was super comfortable, providing very restful nights. The shower is inside a bathtub, so if you prefer to take a standing shower, you need to hold the showerhead. The water also didn’t drain very well and tended to accumulate in the tub, as the drain seemed slightly clogged. The bed linens and towels were excellent quality — very clean and well maintained. The towels were large and very good quality as well. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always willing to assist. The cleanliness of the hallways was impeccable. The hotel itself is truly an attraction — it used to be a monastery, and it has a peaceful, calm atmosphere that makes the stay even more special. The room temperature was perfect throughout the stay. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay in a place full of character and tranquility. 😊"
