"The breakfast was great, some good GF options. Room was clean. Kind staff. I can't comment on the pool or restaurant as it was closed for the season, but otherwise it was great! They even have an elevator which was rare in Italy."

"We loved this property. Fabio did an excellent job hosting and so much of the place was designed and maintained by him. Breakfast was full of homemade pastries and were excellent. View from this place is incredible and is easy to access the rest of Montalcino and the rest of Tuscany. "

"Lovely room with a beautiful view over the magnificent Tuscan countryside. Entry to the property and room very straightforward and excellent communication with the hosts. If you are travelling by car 2 parking options are offered but one is much nearer the property than the other! Also, you will need to drop luggage off at the property first as there are a lot of steps from the parking. Breakfast was good and plentiful. "

Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully appointed, offering great comfort and charm. The pool was a highlight, especially after warm afternoons of wine tasting. The breakfasts provided were second to none as well. The staff - A+. Everything about the property was well cared for. Highly recommend!"
