The Grand Savoia is beautiful, very well located, and top notch in every way. The staff is wonderful and always greeted us with a smile. We loved our stay there and we will be back.
Everything about this hotel was perfect, starting with staff - at front desk, concierge, restaurant, valet - everyone was super nice and helpful. Room itself was lovely with a beautiful view and housekeeping did a great job every day. Location couldn’t be better. Absolutely loved our stay there.
Great location for exploring the town, 10 minute walk to the gondola, but also convenient to drive to any hikes. Beautiful view from rooms and from the outdoor bar. Top breakfast with a great buffet and take away, option to pay more for custom meals as well! Spa and pool were nice! Room was large and bathroom was clean and modern. Staff was excellent.
We loved this hotel. The spa was really luxurious and the service was A+. We especially LOVED the breakfast. My only complaint is that the hotel advertised having air -conditioning and it did not. Would definitely stay there again.
We were very pleased with our stay! Our room had plenty of space. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very attentive and always a step ahead. They even prepared breakfast boxes for us since we had an early start for our hike and we were going to miss breakfast. They made our stay so memorable.
The best hotel in Cortina.
Great rooms and breakfast,
Walk to the town and convenient to Ski resorts.
Great spa and jacuzzi to relax after Skiing.
Wonder stay
The location is great. The staff were like lifetime memorable best hotel we've ever stayed at. Including at the restaurants. We were here in a heatwave and it's especially hard to sleep when it's 90° in the room and no air conditioning and if you open the door it's above the very loud bar. However the staff was so fantastic it's hard to not give them a five-star review and that's why it's a five star.
This place is fantastic. All of the staff are very welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and you can add omelets or other items for a nominal fee. Will definitely stay again!
Expensive but what isn't in Cortina? Otherwise, the staff is terrific - from the check in to the lounge and everything in between. The rooms are spacious and nice though it was hot and none in my group (we had 6 rooms) were able to figure out how to cool them down.
This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location. We were visiting in the summer. The concierge service was amazing. They helped us plan a fantastic day!
Truly a 5 star experience. The attention to the details was impeccable, from the room to the staff and everything in between. Breakfast was a wonderful experience and the wait staff truly attentive. Getting the car daily for our excursions was easy and quick.
I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay while in Cortina. It’s the staff that are top notch. Ciro the concierge was absolutely fantastic in helping us plan our ski days. And then he would go above and beyond to plan evenings and dinners. The facilities were amazing. The room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Looking forward to returning many times.
Rooms are nice but small.Breakfast is good. They give free protein bars, packed cookies for the hikers which was a good detail.Dinner was also very good.Staff is nice and interested with everything.Location is good, close to center.Car park lack signs but easy to park outside.
Beautiful hotel and perfect location in central Cortina, walkable to shopping, dining and gondolas. We were three people in a Junior Suite and it felt a bit cramped, but the hotel staff was super attentive and helpful. They provided a bottle of champagne and some delicious chocolates in the room with a kind note. We also had dinner onsite and though pricey it was a really nice meal. The spa area is also nice though it was very warm down there. The massage I got was just ok.
