At the ground floor there is a covered place for bikes, ski/ski boots, a washing machine and a dryer.
Water, power, cooking gas, internet access, bed linens, bathroom/kitchen towels, parking space and final cleaning are included. The heating is NOT INCLUDED and costs €2/hour. The apartment features an indipendent heating system with thermostat. In winter guests use on average 3 hours a day the heating. Tourist tax (NOT INCLUDED) €2,5/night per person. It is not due for each night exceeding the 5th of the stay. It does not apply to children under 12 years of age. SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED PETS ACCEPTED ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE OWNER. The bus stop is 130 m away from the house. 6 runs in the morning and 3 in the afternoon to the town center.
