"Amazing location, architecture, lots of great interior design. Super responsive, polite, flexible and friendly staff. Luxurious experience. Just great. What could be better: tell potential guests that your pool is not heated — ie not useable in April. Finish setting up the fancy appliances: put lights in the shower, add a holder for toilet paper in the bathroom (instead of a plastic stool), add a fan to the bathroom (smells), upkeep so faucets and hoses aren’t wobbling, fix the flickering LED...

"This hotel gets 5 stars in my book. The staff was welcoming as soon as we arrived and continued to be help throughout our stay. The rooms were old world elegant and so clean. The breakfast was world class, we have never had such large selections of food that were extremely delicious. They really go above and beyond to treat each of their guests like royalty."

"Lovely villa and lovely room. A great setting with an outdoor swimming pool, attractive garden, and a more than adequate parking facility if you are travelling by car. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared with plenty of choice. An idyllic stopover in keeping with the Tuscan landscape. Could easily make this a base for touring the region although would have to drive if wanting to dine out in the evenings. "
