"Pros: Die Gastgeberin war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, hatte für jede Frage ein offenes Ohr und hat sich mit viel Engagement um jedes Anliegen gekümmert. So eine sympathische und aufmerksame Gastgeberin erlebt man wirklich selten. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! "Amazing aparthotel, we just got back and had a lovely 5 night stay. Vento is a lovely restaurant on the front, really nice food. The pools are clean and fun. All of the staff are very helpful and great at their jobs. All-in all the hotel is very good value for money and we appreciated the free bike hire and the free pool table!!"

"The hotel was nice, convenient for train station, beach and supermarket and had good outdoor facilities. We had a leak in our bathroom on the first night from above, but when reported to reception it was a case of them waiting for the people above to wake up ( even though there had been an issue the previous day)! It was only when it started pouring through the ceiling that I found and showed another employee who inspected and went straight to reception. We had a new room immediately. There was a slight undercurrent of displeasure at UK tourists and this was disappointing."

"The hotel is fabulous and check in staff incredible, the room is great with med view and pretty peaceful, there is a train track behind but when door to balcony closed you don't really hear much. We also had breakfast one morning as we only went for room only option, but the breakfast was really good with great options,The eating facility available during the day is highly overpriced, yesterday I got 2 small cappuccinos in paper cups 2 waters and 1 tiny pastry, that cost €25.00 which is disgraceful, I also got the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to my room in a ice bucket, I didn't have any that day but next day I wanted some but the ice had melted, I went to the bar to get a refill of ice and the bartender was so rude, not so much as a good evening, hello, ola I asked him for some ice and he looked at me as if I had 2 heads, I explained the reason for refill and he looked at the other bartender as if to get the go ahead, he reluctantly put some ice in it but the amount won't worry the titanic, I said is that OK that I wanted more ice, he didn't answer. A 5* hotel needs bartenders that greet their customers with a ola or good evening, it's the little things that play a big part, I have chosen to stay another 4 day's in eurostars sitges because i really really like it here& don't want to be negative about little things,I will keep you posted as to how the rest of my stay goes, ❤️ The cappuccino kid ☕️"
