"Hotel is great , clean , tidy , good selection at breakfast Warm pool , no issues getting sun lounger , relaxed atmosphere, roof top bar and pool lovely , at check out able to get a shower room later on before flight home , can’t fault hotel , didn’t have entertainment at night but had few things on round pool during day , dJ and sax player , and at breakfast one morning had live music , Great location old town 4 min walk , strip 12 min walk Book you won’t regret it ,thanks for great stay xx"

"A great hotel in the heart of the city, a stones throw away from the beach and a short walk to the most of the best places in the city. The room was exactly what was needed, however I did have a few issues with the AC and the over head fan, there was no rhyme or reason if and how it was going to word, sometimes the AC would would turn on, sometimes the the over head fan would turn on and sometimes neither would work. Not the best when the external temp was hitting 35+. Also one of the reason why I wanted to use this hotel over others was that it had a pool, however on arrival it wasn't made clear that the room I had booked didn't grant me pool access, which was a bit of a downer, but sea was warm enough to swim in without any issues, just had to deal with bringing sand back to the hotel every time I went for a swim. The staff were amazingly friendly, and for somebody with limited at best Spanish having somebody who could speak English was a big help. Also as far as I could see everything was disabled friendly too, Lift into lobby, then lift up to rooms. I would stay again :)"

"Nice little hotel in the centre of Elche. 5-10mins walk to town square. Rooms relatively basic but meet all our needs and were clean. Bathrooms standard but the shower was really powerful which was great! Nice pool area we’re shading from palm trees, drinks reasonably priced."

"Although you are warned there are no tea and coffee facilities in your room, this is a big let down to any hotel. Being unable to make a simple cup of coffee or tea on a night or in the morning , was very low standard for this hotel , it’s a very basic need customers and not difficult to provide ."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very stylish and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and made us feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is a bit small but it is good for a cardio workout and maintaining your routine while on holiday. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to tram and buses and you can explore Alicante very easily on foot as well. We were able to leave our luggage in a locker before checking in and after checking out as well which was very convenient. We highly recommend it. Thank you!"

"Breakfast was crazy, not the hotels fault but children running around while you’re trying to carry hot food & drinks really isn’t great! That was our only ‘moan’ the hotel is really lovely and we’d definitely stay again."
