"Breakfast was ok and parking was very convenient."

"Parking fee information is not provided in expedia. Very limited parking inside the hotel/resort and there are just too many people. There is a free parking next to the hotel but I parked inside for two hours and told that since I parked inside for two hours, I need to pay for the entire stay. Biggest problem was no AC, for two nights did not sleep for 5 minutes due to the heat. I had to keep the sliding doors open all night but the noice and mosquitos.didn'y help. Suffered for two days due to lack of sleep. Forget about AC, there is no fan either. Absolutely a nightmare experience. Actually the hotel was very good and they have a great buffet for free but due to some.of the issues I mentioned it ruined for my family. Also for my room, you actually need to go behind the staircase, no one told me and there are no signs so we took the main elevator after a long line to find out our room number does not even exist..Also check in took more than 45 minutes, It is extremely slow, may be due to their regulations, I don't know. Imagine that you are going thru these nightmares after travelling for more than 10 hours in flight from US. Management needs to seriously think all these before making decisions to not provide AC until June or something. They are not helping themselves when they make these kinds of unbelievable decisions in a tourist destination. I have no words. To my surprise, that place is packed, looks like a lot of people are ok with such experience in Spain."

"Stayed for 6 nights in Junior Suite sea view. Excellent room with tea/coffee making facilities. Very clean and well maintained. All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Food was varied and of a high quality."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the AQUA Hotel Silhouette and Spa. While the surrounding area may not be the most aesthetic, once you step inside, you are transported into a high-end, tranquil environment that feels worlds apart from the street outside. We stayed in a room with a pool view, and although the décor felt slightly dated, the effort to maintain cleanliness was evident and impressive. Aside from some minor dust on surfaces and the remote, the room was excellent. The staff truly made our stay; they were consistently friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The pool area was excellent and well-maintained. We had no trouble finding sun loungers, though we visited outside of peak season. Regarding the spa, it was not quite to our taste as the area felt quite dark, the pool water was a bit too warm, and there was no way to adjust the sauna temperature. The food was a mixed bag. We enjoyed the croissants, yoghurt, and fruit. However, the hot buffet items, such as the steak, pasta, and breakfast items, were consistently served cold. One minor frustration was the inconsistent information regarding additional fees. We noticed discrepancies in parking rates and received several different quotes from different staff members for a late checkout. A standardised price list for these services would definitely improve the guest experience. Overall, it was a great, relaxing stay with wonderful service, and we would certainly return."

"Very tired hotel. Room basic and sparse. The food was basic with not much variety. The dining room was very crowded at times with queues for food."

"beautiful foyer as you walk in, rooms sufficient, but could have done with a kettle, pool area like sardines & pool freezing, beds rock hard, food not so great as tendency to not stay hot under bain Marie. Umbrellas round pool not secured, so when windy, 1 hit me on the back of my head and back......were offered free dining at buffet that night to make up for the whack. Saw ABBA Universe show...started off a bit shabby, but actually warmed up and was half decent. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Dining was a bit of an experience.....very busy. Cold buffet good, loads of choices...just disappointed with hot food as not so hot. Nice breads and pastries. Lifts were very quick. Beach is a 5 min walk across the road and under subway.....(sand is a bit harsh - big grains)."
