"I stayed at Recanto do Arraial for three nights, and I loved my stay! Jaque and the rest of the team, and the pousado's peaceful and beautiful setting, made my stay one to remember. Whether you want to chill poolside at pousado or head into town to visit the restaurants, shops and bars (all nearby, easily walkable, and safe), you couldn't choose a better place to stay in Arraial d'Ajuda. I'm planning to be back in Porto Seguro next year, and I'll definitely stay here again, hopefully next time...

"The pousada pictures are old and doesn’t reflect the reality of the amenities of the present. The room we stayed was dark and moldy. The hotel is truly overpriced, but so is everything in Trancoso.
