"Once I step into my room it smelled so bad. I got into my room at 10:45pm. I wanted to get into bed and got hot. The AC didn’t work. I didn’t want to call hector was late. I will not stay there again "

"Have stayed here more times than I can count for Sharks hockey games, concerts or nights out. Very clean and convenient. Parking on sight. "

"The initial communication from the property requesting ID and registration form feels very "spammy" because there are typos in the signature block, incorrect punctuation and grammar. However, this is a real place and it's very nice! When arriving on a weekend night, be aware the street is blocked off to traffic and the whole area basically turns into a nightclub with loud music and lots of drunk people - nevertheless, the area feels very safe and the check in process is easy. The building seems to be occupied mostly by young adults and the "quiet hours" are not respected. The unit itself is very clean and spacious, however, strangely there are NO hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms, therefore, for longer stays it would get frustrating quickly to not be able to hang towels, clothes, toiletry bag etc in the bathroom. There is also only one towel per person which seems cheap for the rate they charge. The reception staff are super nice, friendly and helpful! Overall the location is amazing for the SAP center and Caltrain station, both are easy walking distance. "

"The hotel was not what I expected from Marriott branded hotel. It was tired. Better than your motel quality but left some room. The gentleman at the front desk was underwhelming, I asked some questions about the area but language barrier caused challenges, while ok, I don’t mind working to communicate with others he seemed more interested to get back to the stuff on his phone. The elevators were underwhelming and just needed some TLC that is the first impression on the way to the room. I had to fiddle with the front door to get it to close right each time in and out. The room was clean enough but just felt a little rushed to get together in design and cleaning. Again, ok property and traveling 1 night for buisness it was fine, I slept and walked to food around. Also just don’t walk around too late. It’s rough out there. "

"Not sure if the bed sheets were clean as I found hair on them, otherwise decently sanitary."

"Parking was great. We got to park right in front of our room the whole time. Granted we also stayed there during the week so there werent many people staying there. Only reason why I gave them a 4 star is because we did have to ask for soap in our room and there were a few homeless people lurking in that area. Other than that it was great! We had no complaints or issues"
