We had an overnight stay at the manor and everything was lovely. Our rooms were spotless and the view out the window was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. I would fully recommend the manor for a mini break.

It is rare to find an establishment with so many excellent and accurate five star reviews.I can testify that they are all correct. Blackwell house recently won an award as the best Guest house in Northern Ireland, and it is well deserved. I had the pleasure to spend one night in "Lily's room", but would have happily stayed the weekend. I stayed 2 nights at Shelleven house and the room was comfortable and cozy. The check-in was easy, room and the house was super clean and the breakfast was delicious. Great location to get into town, train station or to start the coastal walk. Great recommendations for restaurants and lovely lady made sure I didn't leave without breakfast. Many thanks.

This is such a central and convenient place for Belfast. Staff are gold standard and facilities are perfectly maintained and so clean. A home from home that is so comfortable and welcoming.

A truly pleasant and comfortable home! The room was very nice and the surrounding area spectacular but the highlight was definitely the owners, Fiona and Perry who made me feel genuinely welcome. Quiet, relaxing, and highly recommended. And the breakfast was top notch.

Staff were lovely, room was nice and clean, and the food was gorgeous. Location is ideal for quiet and scenic walks in the park, woods, seaside, and mountains. A peaceful base for exploring the local landscape. Highlight was listening to gurgling of the nearby river through the window while falling asleep.
